Verify that they are not disabled under “Online media sources”.
Then you will find them when you edit the left sidebar, scroll all the way to the bottom. You can “pin” them from there, so they’ll always be visible and contribute to the start page.
You may have to repeat the “pinning” part on each of the various Plex clients you’re using.
