I have had plrx on windows 7 worked fine. I went to windows 10 and set up plex on pc everything ok. But when I go to my ruko I get no server message. What am I doing wrong. how do I get sever? is it my router, or am I not puting something in right. I am not that computer smart so please give me some help? anyone!!!
Could you please provide a tad bit more information in a structured manner. Let’s start with the actual upgrade. Did you do a full reinstallation of Windows including a brand new Plex server installation? Or was it just an upgrade? If you upgraded to Windows 10, did you make sure that Plex was also updated to latest version? How about the network setup, are you and the Roku on the same network down to the subnet? Or is it located remotely? If it’s local and on the same subnet, it’s most likely not a router issue.
