Plex settings and manage menus missing entirely

Server Version#: 4.141.0
Player Version#: N/A

So a few weeks ago I noticed that my library had disappeared from my Roku Plex app entirely. I just got around to doing some troubleshooting today. All the files are available, everything is the same at the OS level but I noticed if I go to settings a TON of menus are just gone entirely. Doesn’t matter is I connect directly through localhost or from another machine in the same network. It’s just 2 main menus; username and Plex Web. That’s it. So it looks like:

  • USERNAME
    Account
    Online Media Sources
    Authorized Devices
    Watchlist
    Webhooks
    Streaming Services
    Plex Home
    Manage Library Access
    Privacy

  • PLEX WEB
    General
    Quality
    Debug
    Player

I’ve tried ripping this out entirely multiple times and fresh installing but no luck on a Windows 10 box I have.

How is there no reply to this?? I have the exact same problem!

Sounds like an issue with the user. Or not so much an issue with the user, but that user’s access to the server.
Did you by chance change your account password and opt to sign-out from all devices? This will include the server itself which needs to be re-claimed afterwards.
To do so, you could connect to the server locally (e.g. opening http://127.0.0.1:32400/web from the same machine or http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web on any machine in the same subnet…)

So the issue ended up being DNS-related! Changed my DNS server and poof, fixed
