Files are stored on a NAS and yes the SHIELD is definitely 100% connected to the NAS and I can even play existing movies from the NAS in Plex. However I cannot add any new ones or new TV shows. I scan library files and nothing appears anymore. It’s broken now. How do I fix this? (It’s definitely 100% not a problem with the movie file because it plays just fine on a computer). During my troubleshooting I tried adding a new library that points directly to the subfolder in question and it doesn’t see anything at all in there. Also I can’t delete the test library, it’s stuck there and won’t delete after adding it.
The Plex Media Server database might be corrupted.
Pull the Plex server log files (Settings → Troubleshooting → Download Logs). See Reporting Issues with Plex Media Server.
In Plex Media Server.log look for statements such as:
