Scan not picking up added content

Server Version#:
Player Version#:

Hi
Anyone else having trouble with newly added content not being seen by Plex and added to library? I have a large library that is reflected quite accurately in Plex but additions over the past couple of weeks are not showing up in Plex. Naming conventions etc are being adhered to. I’d like to re-install Plex but that option is not available on Nvidia Shield TV. I’d rather not factory reset the Shield if I don’t have to.

Please perform a scan, post your server logs and provide the exact filename and location for one of the files that are not showing up.

Thanks dbirch. I’ll post the path up when i work out how

No need for more information, database disk image is malformed tells me enough. (And FYI in the future please provide the entire server logs and not just an excerpt), most of the time what is posted isn’t enough information.

Thanks dbirch. The entire server logs was a massive amount, thanks so much for being able to determine the issue based on what I provided you, I’m very grateful. Cheers

Database deleted, currently rebuilding and it’s now picking up the previously missed series. Thanks again dbirch.
