Plex showing file twice

Hi,

Using the latest version of Plex (1.13.9.5439) on a QNAP TVS-471 running the latest firmware 4.3.5.0728 Build 20181013.

A single movie is showing twice in the Library even though the details are pointing to a single file., Nothing showing in the Collections section.

Try the following:

  1. Move the file in question out of your library folder.
  2. Run a library update.
  3. Make sure the movie(s) got removed.
  4. Move the file back.
  5. Run another library update.

Thanks that worked but why would it do it in the first place? Odd.

It might have been a hickup while adding the movie to the database.
