Plex shows a show but says unavailable

I’ve got a problem where when I try to access a tv show, it says unavailable. I have checked the series folder and it is on the server and the meta data is showing up. I had played multiple episodes but not its saying not available. If I have checked to make sure the file is there and the folder is a source and I have already told it to refresh the library and replace all meta data, where do I go next?

i too have this issue, repeatedly. i would just like this to stop
