I looked at your account.
Your server hasn’t talked to Plex.tv for some 15 hours.
At this point, which will also resolve you not being able to see it, is to re-attach (re-claim) it.
My suggestion is simple:
- Uninstall the package you have now, use the KEEP (first button) option
- Now REINSTALL the same SPK file again. There is no reason to change yet.
– HOWEVER –
– Use the ‘Plex Claim Token’ installation option
– AND – Get the the claim token from Plex.tv - When that’s done, tell me what you see .(if you get everything back)
