I recently moved to a new apartment with both wireless and wired internet connections. I can access the NAS at the new IP address using mobile apps and logging on through PC. I can access the plex server through the NAS interface as well as accessing plex on the mobile app (connected through wireless) but it is detected as accessed remotely. The TV is connected to the NAS by LAN using a switch (had worked perfectly at my last residence) but the plex app states that there is no secure connection to the server.
Any thoughts on how to rectify this? I’ve been tinkering for a couple days and haven’t made any progress. I don’t think it is a problem with the NAS or the server, just getting the TV app to recognize the NAS.
