I am receiving plex emails, such as the one just now for “Lists” however when I click unsubscribe it asks me to sign in. I should be able to unsubscribe from the link in email directly. This can (and should) result in your Amazon SES and Gmail reputation going down, preventing delivery of useful emails.
When will this be fixed? Thank you!
The team that handle emails is looking into and found a few things that likely caused it. They are actively working through fixing it.
Same thing happening here, but I will add that I certainly did not sign up for promotional emails at any point and my account shows I am unsubscribed. Yet I am still receiving them.
I suggest this needs to be stopped very urgently.
I just received another spam email while I’ve unsubscribed from everything. This was the second spam regarding some feature I don’t care about called lists. This was received 4h after BigWheel replied they are working through fixing it.
I’m a lifetime member. Please stop this nonsense.
Same here. I am unsubscribed and received spam yesterday (about Metedata) and today (Lists).
I don’t want these, have never wanted these and am unsubscribed.
I also emailed their legal dept.
Same as others keep getting promo email spam even thought not subscribed to anything. Today got one titled “Introducing Lists“.
Maybe they should pause the daily campaign until it’s fixed?
That would be too smart.
