Still getting emails after unsubscribing from all

I keep getting spam emails from hello@m.plex.tv, even though I have unsubscribed from all email lists multiple times, starting weeks ago.

The bottom of these emails reads, “You have received this email because you’re a valued Plex customer. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, please unsubscribe.” I have used that unsubscribe link ad nauseam. When I access it, it already shows me as unsubscribed from all, but these emails keep on coming.

Is there anyone here who can help?

Update: Contacting the billing team worked. They mentioned it’s a bug that they’re working on. So, I should be good to go. Thank you all!

Since that seems to be the only way to contact them, I will give it a try, even though I am on the free plan.
