What email did you get? The subscription is only related to marketing related emails. Messages regarding your account, such as sign-ins will still be sent. You cannot turn these off.
I’m receiving mails about upgrade my actual account into Plex Pass. They have a link down below to unsubscribe, but when I click it, it always say that I’m already unsubscribed for that kind of mails. Also, I disabled the option inside my Plex Server, and still getting mail about it.
This should be fixed for you. We are looking into why toggling the setting was not working for you. Was curious what browser you were using and if you have any browser extensions/ad blockers active.
