Plex still crashing at least twice a day

Same here on two different Windows 10 PC’s; one is faster than the other, but both constantly disappear.

yeah the icon in the system try disappears and then i need to click on the server app to restart it,They said it was a memory issue but my server have plenty of memory ive done everything i can to get it working correct but yet it still crashes everyday,been about 2-3 months now.
