windows plex server keeps crashing every 30 mins or so and remote access has trouble locking on . please help

just took a glance at your logs and, well, nothing spectecular to see.
Might me a multitude of things. Is your system low on memory and Windows killed the process? Or did you recently add new media? A single weird file might? cause the issue. Anything specific you do just before it crashes?

yes but it happens just randomly , like right now. and when it happens all i see is this

no memory is fine at 20% and nothing i do . like to day it crashed 4 times , i restarted my computer and my internet. it just go blanks and plex says my server is disconnected

Maybe try resetting the server?
I imagine you would want to keep your library config (view states etc.), in which case I would recommend backing up your server data:

And then uninstall the server with this guide, to make sure no traces are left that could confuse a new PMS installation, and then re-install with the normal installer. Steps to restore are in the first link as well.
