Plex still shows old servers after removing them and deleting /var/lib/plexmediaserver

After installing and reinstalling plex several times on Ubuntu, I am getting all of my old identically named servers listing in my available sources when I access Plex via localhost:32400/web. I do not see them when I use plex.tv/web. I have removed them under Authorized Devices and removed the entire /var/lib/plexmediaserver directory before a fresh install. How do I get rid of all plex data locally to complete a totally fresh install?

They will go away after a few weeks.
You can force it by signing the web app out of your Plex account and back in
You can also try to remove the cookie from plex.tv
