Plex stop in the middle of the movie

Hi ppl

 

I have the next setup

 

PC Windows 7 running the last version of plex and de python addon

 

client atv3 working trailers app

 

 

the last week the following error showed up just in the middle of a TV series or movie plex server marked as if the movie was over or finished, this happens if I use the transcoding option in the atv 3 and  thats  needed  to use in order to have subtitles. in my media.

 

if I use direct play the video runs smoothly and I can see the complete movie without interruption, but I can not use subtitles which is a problem because my English are not good as I would like.

 

someone has an idea.

Sounds like a PMS/transcoding issue. I think you have to raise this issue in the PMS section, they will need to see your PMS logs.
