First of all, sorry if this post is not on the rules but I'm really frustrated and wanting to solve this.
Yesterday I updated my PMS (Macbook) to the Version 0.9.11.16.958-80f1748, and since then I've been having problems with transcoding on my aTV.
First I thought it was a problem of corrupt database, so I deleted all the files and the app itself. After re-installed and create the new library, I was satisfied cause the videos were playing. But soon I was frustrated again to notice that the subtitles were not popping with the videos (always have been use transcoding, and never had a single problem with subtitles on the aTV). Then, I went to the PMS settings (language section) and marked the option "always show" to the subtitles. When press play on the aTV, any video of any format just don't play. It loads for some time but then appears the "loading error" message.
Is this a bug of the new update of PMS or should I worry about my PMS, PlexConnect or aTV?
Again, sorry for the bad english (I'm brazilian) and also for not knowing (yet) to post the logs here for you guys can see what's really happening.
