Plex Stopped working!

Hi,

I have only just started using Plex on my NAS and it just stopped working… saying

This page can’t be displayed

•Make sure the web address http://10.0.1.12:32400 is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.

Any help you be much appreciated, keep it simple as I am no IT expert :slight_smile:

  1. check on your Synology if the Plex package is running
  2. if you have configured Plex to use a secure connection… try https://10.0.1.12:32400/web instead (assuming 10.0.1.12 is the IP address of your synology NAS / Plex server).

I have not idea, why that worked but it seemed to do the trick :slight_smile: Thank you…
