Running on QNAP 4.5.4 (etc) model TS 653-A
I have no idea how to get logs. I can SSH to the QNAP but you’ll have to tell me exactly where to look for them. I have tried stopping/starting Plex, rebooting the QNAP, nothing is working. Whether the Windows application or my Rokus, nothing can connect.
NOTHING HAS CHANGED RECENTLY. I was watching movies on Plex about 2 nights ago. No idea what’s going on. Please help
Does the app load the media?
Vague question. I see playlists but nothing plays because there is allegedly no network connection (which of course there is).

You appear to be running version 1.23.4.4805 of server. which is relatively old. There was a fix for some DB lock issues in 1.23.6.4881 in July and there have been more updates since then. If you cannot update via interface you should be able to download current install file from our site and install manually on your QNAP
I’m not sure about that. I checked recently and it said no more updates. But now of course I can’t find anything about the version or updates. Where is it?
The version number you are running can be found in the General Settings of server ( Where you claim the server) It should also be at the top of every log file. In your bit of log you have above you can see it towards the bottom. You can also see the version you are running in the QNAP AppCenter under the Server logo. The QNAP app center is a store and they do not always update their store with the latest version and are often quite a few versions behind.
In the AppCenter on the top right click the Install icon on top right to browse for the install file on computer and update.
