Plex Stops Getting Metadata

Hi everyone,

Since this past weekend, April 7-8, I have been having issues with Plex downloading metadata for both TV shows and movies. I am running the linuxserver Docker in unRAID, with Plex at Version 1.12.2.4929.

Restarting the Docker seems to resolve the issue, at least for a little bit. I tried going through the logs but do not really know what to look for there. I attached all the logs today, and note I just tried to refresh metadata on “The Princess Bride” (roughly 13:29PM on April 13).

Any ideas? I have tried manually refreshing metadata but both TV shows and movies fail to gather, even after a number of hours have passed. Detailed specs below. Thanks in advance!

unRAID 6.5.0
linuxserver Plex Docker, latest version
Plex Version 1.12.2.4929
Movies - Plex Movie agent - SubZero, Plex Movie, Local Media Assets selected under agent
TV Shows - TheTVDB agent - SubZero, TheTVDB, Plex Theme Music, Local Media Assets select under agent

Maybe try clearing the agent caches

Also double check permissions. Sometime when I’m having trouble, I run a chown on the following directory
/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Media/localhost
