Plex stuck in waiting for Optimized Versions even QNAP CPU is at 1% usage

I am trying to optimize some UHD/HDR content in 1080p using the optimisation feature. I was able to do that last week with the previous version without any problem but now the contents are stuck in waiting mode on my QNAP server with 1% used CPU. So not sure if it is the new release that has an issue on QNAP or something else.
Some help from Plex would be great

Can you please download the Server logs ZIP file and attach it?

I have restarted optimization as it finally finished. I have attached the logs and a view on the ressource usage on my QNAP
