Plex Support, Please READ!!! PLEX App on TiVo Bolt keeps crashing when trying to watch movies!

Movie playing originally worked on the Bolt which I owned for 4 weeks. But after 4 weeks, the app started to crash and required reloading and / or signing in again. I thought this issue would be isolated to my particular Bolt, so I purchased another Bolt to test it, and even the second Bolt has the same crash issue! Please update the Plex app on the TiVo Bolt!

I’ve had this problem intermittently on my Bolt. Optimizing has always corrected the problem.

Step 1. Goto TiVo Central
Step 2. Goto Setttings & Messages
Step 3. Goto Audio & Video Settings
Step 4. Goto Aspect Correction Mode
Step 5. Change the selection from Full to Panel
Step 6. Rejoice!

I also have a question about the BOLT and PLEX … I get the picture, but the sound cuts in and out and sometimes not there at all. If I go into the settings of the PLEX app and change the sound setting to AC3, it seems to work and I get the sound. I tried turning that option off int eh main settings and no change. Now to do this for EVERY movie I have, not possible …

Will the above solution work for my issue as well?
