There was never any support contact outside of billing. We used to have an open chat room what a chat app called Campfire, and we tried to have a section in forums for Plex Pass specific features but too many folks took that to mean we were suppose to one on one teach them how to use their computer, router, etc and it ended. Anyone is always free to message here if their post was missed like you did here. You are also welcome to @mention with @BigWheel to ping me or any employee you see around…

A number of users appear to be having issues with watching live tv. I’m unable to gain any traction with my query at all. Most frustrating.
