Hi all,
I have an issue where Plex is unable to sync to my device after seemingly transcoding successfully.
The server log indicates that the analyser has timed out after a successful transcode.
I’ve located my appdata folder on a drive with enormous free space and performed about three clean installs (this includes removing the PlexInc reg key and all app data etc).
I’m a little new to requesting help on Plex forums so I originally posted in the community forums. I’ve uploaded a full server log, android log and specs of everything here:
All the logs requested are there but I’d be happy to produce logs on request if needed.
This has really stumped me, I’d be incredibly grateful to anyone who knows how to fix this
