I can’t sync music on my Android phone. Tried multiple times from 3 months, tried to close and update both the Android app and the plex media server. Nothing! What’s to do? I’m paying a plex pass for what?

Can you try again, then grab both the app and server logs and provide them here. See my signature for links to instructions on getting logs if you are unfamiliar.

I am having a similar problem. My phone and server both show that the files have been synced, the disk space changes on my phone too. However, I cannot get the files to show up when I am browsing the content on my phone in the app. The “music” portion doesn’t even show up on the menu drop down on the left. It is like they are synced but not available. I have attached server and the device log files. My phone is a Droid Turbo 2.

The zipped file which is the app is the correct one. The others are the scanner logs. I need to see the server logs. They actually say “Plex Media Server.log”.
