So I purchased the recent Plex Lifetime pass for mostly one reason, mobile sync! I’m a little disappointed since I can’t seem to get it working.
I opened the Plex app on iOS and selected a TV episode and hit the sync. It showed up as “Pending”. So I thought I might need to approve it on the server side so I logged into my Plex (headless Ubuntu running PMS Version 1.8.1.4139).
I don’t see anywhere I can approve a request. I headed over to “Conversion” but nothing is showing up. I went to PlexPY and in “Synced Items” I can see my request which is at 0% and “Pending”.
Not sure where i’m going wrong!
