iOS not syncing (Stuck at pending)

I realize this is in the server section but hear me out.

Plex has worked great, syncing on my ipad pro for a while, now i’m getting the “pending” error that everyone else seems to get. Won’t move past “pending”. when i look at the plex web app, i click on the episodes i have set to sync on the ipad, and they say …waiting to be converted. So is that the server just not doing it, causing the pending sync? I’ve tried syncing in every different quality, to see if it’ll just sync the raw file, but it won’t.

Very VERY frustrating as this is the main reason why i paid a lifetime subscription the plex… please help! (i’ve tried all the usual, uninstall, reinstall everything… the works)

I had the exact same problem. The fix was a face palm moment - on the Plex Server go to the conversion queue screen - look at Status - Conversion and you will probably find the queue is there ready to convert but that it is paused

Not for me. Seeing pending and and no sync. Very frustrating. No conversion occuring, queued or waiting in any way… :frowning:
