get used to it. Plex doesn’t actually support their users beyond taking their money for a plex pass. They’re too busy getting more ad supported features into the product.
I have plex pass, but still no luck to get support from them. 3 emails already written but still keep ignoring my request.
Technically, I can’t say anything about that problem. But I agree about Plex, there is no place for technical questions. So they don’t take responsibility and should! If you have a problem with your was machine, you go back to the shop and solve the problem! In the Netherlands, there are all kinds of regulations to solve a problem between seller and buyer! But here, internet its a wildwest!
I can understand “Prokisi” I have the same problem that I have a problem with the software for which I pay but do not receive adequate support. I find it very weak to organise technical support for paying customers via a forum, because in the event of a problem you should be able to contact them directly or by e-mail.
