Previously my tidal was working without issue. I’m a plex lifetime user that signed up via the tidal link when tidal was announced. I have tried re-authorizing and unlinking and relinking the Tidal account to no avail. Tidal login works fine via Tidal app so confirmed subscription is active and login is correct. Any insight would be appreciated.

Which web browser are you using?
Are there any web browser add-ins activated which filter out content or interfere otherwise?
via iOS and Android plex app I get a Tidal is unavailable message. Also same results in Chrome, EDGE, and firefox. I disabled extensions in Chrome but no change.
Turns out you entered a wrong email address when subscribing. So now Tidal is still expecting the wrong email address. Unlink the tidal account again and then relink it with the wrong email address. (enter cpm instad of com) .
