This is a very popular topic, but there’s been no answer from the PLEX team. I’ve tried the methods listed below but NOTHING works. I pay money to use your service and there’s no tech support?
PLEASE help. i have disconnected and logged out and re-authorized and logged back in and everything in every single order but PLEX will still not recognize my tidal account, and boots me back to the 30 second previews. HALF of my library is tidal content, therefore half of my library is currently unplayable.
twelve days and plex staff has said nothing. my library is still broken. i pay for plex pass monthly. what exactly am i paying for if there’s no technical support?
I have the same issue. I also tried every combination of unlinking, relinking, removing devices, restarting PMS, with no luck. Tidal + Plex has been working great for me for 5 months, but today it just stopped seeing my tidal subscription. (I pay for Tidal separately)
On plex web I originally had the same error, but after relinking a couple times I can only access previews, while PlexAmp just gives me an error.
I’m having the same issue, Tidal is linked to my Plex account, but it doesn’t let me access Tidal (I can access my Tidal when Im using the Tidal app/browser).
I tried all the above suggestions and others and nothing helped.
