I’ve been using Plex with Tidal for a bit and was wondering if I can upgrade my Tidal account to family in order to get more than one user.
I don’t see any place on Plex (I only see an upgrade to hi-fi) or on Tidal (says to contact account administrator).
What about TIDAL “Family” plans?
We are not currently able to offer “Family Premium” or “Family HiFi” TIDAL plans, sorry. If you already have such a plan through TIDAL, you can link to a different Plex account for each of the available TIDAL members. See the information earlier about linking to an existing TIDAL subscription for access.
