Plex Transcoder crashes, Windows Server 2016

Server Version#: 1.16.5.1488
Player Version#: Android phone started to Chromecast. Dont know where to find player version?

The plex transcoder crashes my server and restarts it. I’m getting this crash log from Windows Server 2016:

Here’s the log from when it happened. Server shut down was 18:32.56.

Checking the file with mkValidator says the file appears to be valid and this has been the same with other mkv’s who have also crashed the server.

I do not run hardware acceleration.
I have a temp catalogue for transcoding setup on my OS-drive.

It’s very frustrating because I have not been able to track down the problem, I even did a complete re-installation of Windows Server with no success. These re-occuring crashes has started the last few 4 months ca.

Any help appreciated, I’m running out of ideas. :frowning:

Here’s the log
