Plex Transcoder.exe failed: error 0x2e4

Version 1.15.8.1198 on Windows 10

I have reinstalled Plex server, updated video drivers and I have deleted the RSA folder with PMS shut down. I still am not able to watch anything on my server. I keep getting the transcoder failed. Please help.

I was able to fix this, the Plex Transcoder.exe file was set to run as administrator. I removed that and it runs just fine.
