So I’ve upgraded my Plex server from 1.16 to 1.17 however I’ve noticed a problem with the transcoder, it’ll skip ahead 15 seconds on some media, and do it consistently (same show during the intro, and a minute into the show itself). I’m not sure what’s causing it but I appear to be the only one experiencing this, no remote user has said anything when asked.
for the specifics of the stream it’s using Plex web, choosing a show that is DVD mpeg2 rip (split using mkvtoolnixgui) and having it transcode at original quality on LAN.

EDIT: Disabling Hardware Trascoding seems to workaround whatever this bug is!
