Plex TV app on Samsung, sound stuttering while direct playing

Hey guys

I have PMS set up on my 918+, and everything has been working fine, but I noticed one thing that I can’t explain:

On my friend’s TV set, If I stream a high bitrate movie, the sound will stutter. The movie is direct playing, and the player is set to auto in the plex tv app.

Why doesn’t it noticed that the TV is not able to play the sound?

I tried setting the app to always transcode, but the quality became horrible, like extremely blurry on their 1080p tv. The server is set to transcode to 720p/2Mbps, and that normally looks much better than that, from what I have seen of the movies that it DOES transcode.

Any ideas?
