This is getting to be annoying. It seem like once a month I lose tv guide and nothing records
Plex Media Server.log I see EPG[cloud]: Failed to retrieve universal details
anything I can do or get notified about when the tv guide is empty ?

What OS is your PMS installed on?
What tuner are you using?
i had the same issue.
I Changed my programmguide supplyer and then i had never the problem again.
Used before the T-Mobile one (Margenta Home+)
