I have been reading about Plex TV for a while and still trying to figure out how I can use it. I am an Australian living in the Middle East and wish to watch Australian TV, primarily live rugby union.
I use an Android TV box and have subscribed to Plex Pass. What now?
Any suggestions welcome.
Plex Live TV is for watching local TV. Unless you can get someone to set it up in Australia for you, and you can access that setup remotely, you’re out of luck.

If you have a Plex Media Server setup in Australia configured to use the DVR / TV function then you can remote into that server and watch the Australian programming (if not live then recorded).

All you would need is a cable card from your cable provider and a cablecard tuner to complete your local Plex DVR / TV configuration.
