Pressing the back button on your remote doesn’t do anything. There is no way to fix it except to force quit the app and re-launch it.
I think the issue started happening around the beginning of 2025 but not exactly sure. It wasn’t happening in 2023 and I think it wasn’t happening on all or most of 2024.
Same exact thing happening to me on a Samsung Frame 2024. I’ve been casting from my mobile to the sound system directly, completely by-passing the TV. It works, but it doesn’t solve the problem.

I tried the option called “Reset App” in Settings > Advanced since there was not “Reset Cache” but it still gets stuck after trying to access the 3-dot menu.
