Plex can’t find server even though I am logged in as premium user.

Server Version#: 6.2.1-23824 Update 6
Player Version#: 1.13.4.5271-200287a06 was what Synology said was the latest version however I manually installed 1.15.4.994-1077567e
CPU - ARMv7 (Armada 385) 1.3GHz
Verizon FIOS -> customer owned fios gateway -> Fortinet Firewall -> Cisco Switch -> Synology NAS on my server vlan with no restrictions.

Error was: The remote name could not be resolved: ‘192.168.002.077’
FATAL ERROR…Job Aborted
That did it.
I put spaces instead of 0’s and it didn’t work, then I restarted EVERYTHING including my PC. I waited a day or so and just tried now and it’s there.
I believe a PEBKAC issue was trying to access it from a different VLAN.
