Plex unavailable (remote) after pressing retry on web app

Hey all,

Last night I logged in remotely to my plex server, and noticed that under remote, it said unavailable. I hit the retry button, and lost the entire connection (this has happened before, but came back up shortly after) it’s been nearly 24 hrs and nothing yet.

I can’t physically access the server as I’m away from home.

Any way that I can fix this, or anyone know why this happening?

Quite annoying because I’m away from home for the next 3 weeks

Settings - Server - Help - Download Logs.

Unfortunately I don’t have access to the server right now. Should’ve setup ssh before I left!!!
