Plex Unraid Docker only using gpu for decoding and using intel igpu for encoding

I am having an issue where plex is only encoding on the igpu and decoding on the nvidia t600 when transcoding. It worked before updating unraid to 6.10.3 but when attempting to downgrad back the gpu is no longer detected.

Another note to add, encoding on the gpu works perfectly in jellyfin, encodes and decodes flawlessly
