I installed Synology official plex version from package manager of synology.
then after connection, plex tell me that an update is available : Version 1.25.0.5282
if I accept, then I download a file.
Can I install it ? will it be compatible with my DSM 6.X version ? if yes, how can I install this file ?
The release available in Synology’s package center tends to be a bit aged. Therefore you usually don’t get any automatic updates (unless you’re willing to wait a long time).
If you download the file from the update notification, Plex should already provide you a compatible file for your platform (Synology DSM6) and the underlying architecture (e.g. ARM vs. Intel, 32bit vs. 64bit). You can install that app package using the Manual Install button in Synology’s package center.

Scroll down to Downloading from Plex and performing “Manual Install” method. You can skip the step about downloading the file from plex.tv, since you’ve already done so.

Thanks a lot all of you for your asnwer. Then plex already propose a correct file to be installed for my Synology. Is it always safe to update or do I need to check on forum before upgrading ?
Call me biased but… I haven’t had any significant issues with server updates for some time. Occasional glitches with the players are usually fixed – the forum might disagree (keep in mind that doesn’t need to be representative as users without problems usually don’t post about that).
You can use the forum’s “bookmark” feature to see the release announcement if you want to keep track of what features have been added / fixed with each release.
