i have a question I’m hoping someone could shed some light on. i have a Plex media server library of movies that I’m trying to share with my family remotely. they do not have plex currently. I have sent them a invite via plex with their email. they accepted and installed plex app on their phone but when they play one of my movies, it plays about 1 minute and then asks them for a subscription. No information I have found online says anything about them having to purchase a subscription for them to view my libary of movies.
