Plex verification email not getting it

Is there not a link in the email you got? I provided a link a few posts above yours

if you have multiple accounts the link in an incognito/private window

did you receive an email at your “current account” email address? again just use the link I provided above

It’s hard to believe you guys are real people when you just copy paste other users post. Provide some real info please about your specific account that did not get the reset email.

There should be a link to start that process in the email you got informing you it was necessary

What more information do I need to tell you?

Your email server was bouncing emails back to us. I removed your email from our bounce list. If it continues to do so then you likely need to fix it from you email provider.

If you still do not get it you will need to contact our billing dept at https://www.plex.tv/contact/?option=plex-pass-billing

I am not received the reset email please help

@rue347 emails to that address stopped being sent because it shows you or your email app previously marked our emails as spam. I removed you from spam list so you can try again, but you might need to whitelist no-reply@plex.tv
