Local Media Assets not working if there are more than 1 Video version/format. Keywords or folder arrangements for Local Media Assets (ie, Video Extras) works if only one version/format of the Movie is placed in Library. If there are more than one version, Plex try to merge/combine, disregarding the Video Extra info. Pls, verify.
Please show all your file names in the subfolder of the movie.
If you added the second version of the movie much later than the original version and you switched the metadata agent for movies inbetween (‘Plex Movie’ vs ‘TheMovieDatabase’) , then Plex thinks you have 2 different movies in there, because it matched the first version with a different agent.
Solution: Plex Dance the whole subfolder for this particular movie
