Local media assets for movie are not showed

Hi,

I´m trying to include local media assets (trailers, interviews, etc…) in a movie of my collection…
I´m following this article for local media assets specially the part of Local Trailers and Extras - Organized in Subdirectories:

The structure of the folder is like this:

The names of the videos inside that extra folders are named as I wanted because in the article it says:
It is recommended that you provide some sort of descriptive name for the extras filenames.

The movie library is configured in this way:

And the Agents section in the server settings is configured like this:

After put all the files and folders organized in the extras folders accordingly with the article I´ve been refreshing the movie…

  1. With the option of “Refresh metadata” inside the movie. NO SUCCESS
  2. With the option of “Refresh all metada” in the Movies libreary. Again with NO SUCCESS

In both of them I had no success and the trailers, interviews and so on are not showd in the movie as extras.
Can anybody helpme to show that kind of movie extras properly in Plex?

You have 2 versions of the main movie in the folder. One of them is even incorrectly named.
As a test, remove one of them. Then update the library.

What can I do with the second file? I would like to maintain it. It´s the version in DVD.

Ok don´t worry I´ve seen this article:
support.plex.tv/articles/200381043-multi-version-movies/
And I´ve renamed in the same way but finishing with - SD.mkv

With this has been recognized and it seems that even refreshing the metadata the extras are still there.
