Really! no Plex VR for the new Oculus Quest?

Just adding to the requests to keep this going. At very least, make the app that was written for the Oculus Go (which worked pretty well) available for the Quest. While new development would be nice, just making the old one available would be a great step forward.

With the release (well, pre-release) of the Quest 2 this really needs to be reconsidered. It sounds like 2 million units are expected to be sold before 2021. Yes, it can be accessed via other apps via DLNA, but that’s a sub-par Plex experience.

Agreed. My family are avid plex users and just ordered a pair of Quest 2s. The current plex VR app is OK on the GO, but could really use some work to bring it up to 2020/21 standards. Fingers crossed.

While a new or upgraded app would be a good thing, in its absence how about just making the existing Oculus GO app available to Quest users? That shouldn’t take a lot of work.

We do read the posts. I’m sorry as already stated in the closed Features Suggestion topic linked above we have no plans to make one. If something changes on that front I will post something about it.
