I cannot get my WD based plex server to scan media files and update the library. When I try to view the library from a chromebook web client in the LAN, I get unexpected error loading this library. The only thing I can see is recommendations and recently viewed titles newly updated (which is not complete) etc.
I am trying to understand what network settings I might need on the WD side to interact with this server.
Note that I had the NIC on my WD server crash, and I had to move the drives into a new server case which was assigned a new IP address on my LAN. I suspect something in the WD server settings and permissions my be interfering, but I’m stuck between WD and Plex support realms. I have attached my logs and database.
