Plex WD Ultra EX2 - Cannot update or view library

I cannot get my WD based plex server to scan media files and update the library. When I try to view the library from a chromebook web client in the LAN, I get unexpected error loading this library. The only thing I can see is recommendations and recently viewed titles newly updated (which is not complete) etc.

I am trying to understand what network settings I might need on the WD side to interact with this server.

Note that I had the NIC on my WD server crash, and I had to move the drives into a new server case which was assigned a new IP address on my LAN. I suspect something in the WD server settings and permissions my be interfering, but I’m stuck between WD and Plex support realms. I have attached my logs and database.

Same error with my server, although no NIC crash was involved. Same version too.

I entered up uninstalling my Plex then deleting my database files and starting over. It was a bit fiddly getting ssh connected to the WD server, but once I did and ran the documented commands. Everything reset and worked fine. Note that it can take a while (Several hours at least) to rescan library files. I have 29 g of music and about 350 movies/tv episodes.
