Plex web app can no longer find my server

Player Version#: web app in latest chrome, firefox, brave, edge in windows or linux, using local address: http://10.0.0.120:32400

I have been using Plex on my FreeNas server for many years. In the last few days the player has stopped connecting to my server from a web browser (other types of players stopped working for me years ago). Except for 1 case: Brave on linux (Rocky 9) is still currently working.
All other combinations of browser, OS that I have tested fail with the message:
“A server could not be found. Download and install Plex Media Server, and it will appear here.”

Yet, those same browsers that fail when connecting to the UI, can get an HTTP response from the path /identity and return the version number of PMS etc. SO they do know the server is there and alive.

Yes I know this PMS is a very old version and is running in a warden jail on FreeNAS 11.1-U7, but I’m not in a position to upgrade any of that at present, and it has been working fine until recently on all devices, and currently working fine on just one device: Linux Rocky 9 with Brave browser.

Any ideas please?

I have attached logs as follows:

  1. Reset Plex Media Server. Run web app in Brave on Linux which works fine, played a video. Server and Client logs attached.

  2. Ran web app in Firefox on Linux (not working - can’t locate my server). Server and Client logs attached.

I have also located the logs folder on the server if any of these are required.

Never mind. I gave up as I couldn’t live with only being able to get to Plex from one device.

I have built a new server and now running TrueNAS Scale. Imported my pool, installed Plex server app, re-scanning my libraries, and now all working as it should.
