Ever since update, when i started plex, it would say no server found and to have latest version installed. I would retry and then it would come up, but live tv was gone. Checked web app and server couldnt be located. Verified that on same network. Performed multiple resets and performed factory data reset. Server still cant be located. Dont know if this is related but I am able to use internet for services like Netflix or youtube. But when I try to turn on “transfer files over local network”. It states no wifi or ethernet. I’ve tried both but it continues to pop that kessage
I bought a new Nvidia Shield today to replace my qnap PMS and I’m having the same problem described by @Darknight43 with the same versions. I can browse to the PMS web server on the Shield but there is no Sheild PMS server.
Idk if it’s a plex issue or a shield tv issue. What shield version did yours come with or did you update immediately?
I’m not sure what version it came with but it did an upgrade during the install and I’m currently on 7.2.1
Seems like others are having Plex issues with 7.2. Not sure if it’s related.
